The Museum Store offers a wide selection of books dealing with local
history, general Illinois History and historical topics directly related to
the Museum's current exhibits. The Museum Store has available books
published by the Kankakee County Historical Society, as well as others
prepared with the Museum's extensive photographic and archival collections.
The Museum Store also is pleased to present many gift items that are
intended to reflect the exhibits currently being displayed in the Museum's
galleries. For example, in support of “The Gibson Girl’s Kankakee,” the
Museum Store is offering gift items reflecting the quiet elegance of the
“Gibson Girl” era.
In addition, the Museum Store carries a wide selection of other gift
items and a variety of material for the challenging card game
"Bridge." All these things evoke the spirit of earlier ages in
Kankakee County.
